When I'll be very bored I'll try them two again, just because I love the weapons you can get when completed.
Don't feel like the lone noob, I've only completed one.

I am too so imagine my dismay when I couldn't play her and complete her mission.

I think I would have liked them more if we could play with others. Over all, I was very disappointed with the bmp.

Did Turai Ossa a couple of times for the weapons. (very nice)
Died at the very end of Gwen's mission, couldn't be bothered retrying
Saul's is a little long, due to the fight at the end
Togo's is awesome

Will the BMP be available in stores in Europe (especially Germany)?
They german site states that the "Bonus Pack is in stores now" but I can't find it anywhere
Some accurate information would be really nice here.

Really great content, definitely worth the price, although I've only done two of the missions. I was expecting them to be really easy, similar to the GW:EN missions, so I was caught a little off guard towards the end of the Saul mission. I really loved the back story to the white mantle, I always found them rather boring when playing through Prophecies, but maybe next time I'll be able to appreciate them a little more.

The style used in the Togo mission is just brilliant and the Tengu weapons look really great. I was expecting the sword to be really small, similar to the Forgotten Sword but I was pleasently surprised.

I really hope they release more of these packs, great stuff.

Plus, you get 500g after completing a mission, and you get that every time. So, you can repeat a mission for some gol. 15 minutes for 500g, meh, it's more of a small reward for doing something you wanted to do anyway for the weapons than a real incentive, but if you hate farming but don't mind repeating these missions over and over...I guess go for it?

Yea, I forgot about those. It's been so long since I did the BMP missions.

It's kind of fun but I've only played it once and only done two of the four missions (one not even attempted). lol But I may do them again for the weapons.

Default spoiler do not read if you don't want to know.

too short, too easy, beautiful story book thing, especially like the talking part! This is Saul's story... (bla bla something like that), good looking weapons, some story is a little bit hard to believe. for instant Gwen, who just barely escape being bomb to death by the devour, manage somehow to learn mesmer skills from books she read in the dungeon while escaping unfriendly fire, she should actually have become a paragon, seeing how well she can throw stones at weaken building structure to make them tumble.

Glad I got this for free during the event, however, I love Togo's mission the best. The fact that it was Kill Bill styled made me chuckle and I just recieved the most feedback personally towards it. I didn't like Saul's so much, but I felt like the message of the story was most powerful. The last few lines of his story in the book makes me tremble. Gwen's was okay, but I think Turai, the end....that's really the first act of violence you see. STAB.

The togo story is great, it's the first one I did and it really does feel epic. I love the taking one loads of guards with just one man, and the quality of the cutscenes. The only bad thing is there is no talking, it would be nice if they'd done voice-overs for all of them.
I've done all the discoveries except Sauls (can't manage that).

In order of my favourites
Togo (Mildly challenging, looks wonderful, great lore)
Turai (the cutscenes and armies are awesome!)
Saul (very hard, but great fun. A bit of NUKE NUKE NUKE though)
Gwen (this one felt short and a bit strange. The plot is kinda odd, and everything is very convenient)

well I love the bmp. been enjoying it ever since I got for free with the promotion. All the missions are wonderfully put together and are very fun to play. Not to mention you get a lot of free money for making discoveries and some really beautiful weapons. If I hadn't gotten it with the promotion I definetly would've gotten it now, it's easily worth the $10.

<-*POSSIBLE SPOILERS AHEAD*->
my personal favorites of the bmp
1.) Gwen's Story: It's entirely different from every other mission in GW, more like a "stealth" and "puzzle" mission almost. I like the change of hiding from the enemy instead of just bashing your way through them.

2) Togo's Story: If you can't enjoy the scenery, sounds, kill bill style, or dragon empire rage then I'm sorry but there's something wrong with you. This one was just pure joy to play, and call to the spirit realm/dragon empire rage is every ritualist's fantasy come true.

3) Turi's Story: Giant's Stomp ftw! Really though this one was just a fun time and every wammo's wet dream. Was really rewarding to finally smack Palawa around too.

4) Saul's Story: My least favorite of the BMP, but still a joy to play through. The big selling point of this one I think is that you get to live out the fantasy you've had ever since you first ran into the Mursaat in Prophecies, Spectral Agony on your very own skillbar!

I'm glad I paid $10 for it. It didn't take me more than 2 hours to beat all of the missions, but they were really fun. I especially like the cutscene at the end of the Turai Ossa mission and the Boss information in the Togo mission. Also regarding the Togo mission, the spoilers in the thread above me pretty much explain it. The Gwen mission was kind of creepy, and had a surreal feel to it. The Gwen missions also put some skills into use that are normally useless (Shared Burden variant). The Saul quest was character involved - and that's a good thing.

--SPOILERS--
I almost think they may have been testing our reaction to certain portions of the BMP. For instance - stealth/puzzle missions. In the case that they were - chalk me up to one of the people that received it well. On a side note - I want more action sequences like Turai Ossa killing Polowa Joko 300 style. That was pure awesome in its most refined form.

Thank you ArenaNet for making this available to everyone.

They are solo mission. I don't see any use for solo missions in a so called "cooperative online role playing game". If I would have known beforehand that they are solo mission I would not have bought those three character slots during the promotion period.

Yeah, they might be nicely done, but so far I have played only through two of the four missions, despite that I have access to them for several weeks. Actually I have to "force" myself to play them because whenever I do I always think "I want to play together with my girlfriend, just as I did the last three years".

The weapons are nice. They are the biggest reason why I actually force myself to play the missions.

To be honest I had been really disappointed by the BMP.
